  4.                SELL AMERICAN...AND MAKE A FORTUNE DOING IT!

  7.                What would happen if, in your business, all you
  8.           did was "buy" from yourself?
  9.           
  10.                You wouldn't make very much money, would you?
  11.           
  12.                Think about it!  That's exactly what this country
  13.           would be doing if we only "Buy American."
  14.           
  15.                Every time we sell an American made product in the
  16.           international marketplace, those dollars come back into
  17.           the U.S. economy, increasing profits, creating jobs,
  18.           making America stronger.  80% to 85% of U.S. businesses
  19.           don't export.  
  20.           
  21.                But American products are in demand.  Amway
  22.           recently went into Mexico, expecting $3 to $4 million
  23.           in sales the first year.  Instead they hit $15 million
  24.           in sales the first year and $50 million the second
  25.           year, and said that they have never seen such strong
  26.           demand for American products in any of the more than 20
  27.           countries they are now in.

  29.                Yet it seems that when someone thinks about
  30.           getting into international trade, they decide to import
  31.           instead of export.  Actually, exporting is just as easy
  32.           as, maybe even easier than, importing.  Besides, as an
  33.           importer, you have to buy things to sell here...that
  34.           takes money.  But, as an exporter, you are selling
  35.           things overseas...which doesn't take much money at all.
  36.           
  37.                As a matter of fact, you can actually start your
  38.           own export business for a couple hundred dollars.  Your
  39.           very first order could easily return your investment
  40.           ten-fold or more.  There are thousands upon thousands
  41.           of products you can start exporting tomorrow!  Most of
  42.           the books and courses on exporting being offered today
  43.           are theoretical, not practical.  In reality, selling
  44.           overseas is no more difficult than a company in New
  45.           York selling & shipping a product to a buyer in
  46.           California.

  48.                The most useful complete startup package is a
  49.           manual called Sell American.  For more information on

  52.           information on the Sell American book.  Once you finish
  53.           reading Sell American you can export U.S. made products
  54.           simply and easily, and start earning your fortune in
  55.           the international marketplace.  It was written by the
  56.           well-known, and very successful, international
  57.           entrepreneur, Jim Straw.

  59.                With the end of the cold war, unification of
  60.           Europe, the breakup of the Soviet Union, and free trade
  61.           agreements being established in the Americas, every
  62.           entrepreneur should now recall the words of Thomas
  63.           Jefferson -- "A merchant, by his very nature is a
  64.           citizen of the world."  While the governments discuss
  65.           the issues of world trade, it is up to us as merchants
  66.           (entrepreneurs) to meet the challenge head-on with
  67.           action, instead of talk.  As an American entrepreneur,
  68.           you should make it your responsibility to "Sell
  69.           American."
